We started Structura Recruitment with nothing more than a few good contacts, a lot of determination, and a clear goal — to make life easier for contractors who needed skilled, reliable people on site.

 

Having worked in the industry ourselves, we knew how hard it could be to find the right team at the right time. So we decided to build a company that did things differently: straightforward, honest, and people-first.

What began as a small operation, taking calls at all hours and personally meeting trades on site, quickly grew as word spread. Project by project, client by client, we built trust — and with that came growth. Today, we’re proud to work with some of the UK’s biggest names, supplying quality engineers and tradespeople for major construction, engineering, and logistics projects.
